Nordic Edge Expo Conference

The UiS Smart City Research Network is a proud co-sponsor of Nordic Edge Expo and Conference 2020. The Nordic Edge Expo and Conference will take place online from September 21 – 25 with live streams from Stavanger, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Helsingborg, Oslo, and Brussels. The Smart City Research network is proud to be a co-sponsor of Nordic Edge. The network co-organizes several exciting events including three keynote sessions with Professor Andrés Rodríguez-Pose from the London Scool of Economics, Professor Jennifer Clark from Ohio State University, and one session on Using artists to elevate our understanding of cities. The keynotes in the morning on September 23 will be followed by an afternoon session where pro-rector for Innovation and UiS Business School Professor Rune Dahl Fitjar will discuss questions of inequality in smart city projects with Andrés and Jennifer.
